License To Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LM Game Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use and access the game for your personal, non-commercial use

User Content
Our products may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to gameplay videos, screenshots, and other media (“User Content”). By making any User Content available through Our products, you grant to LM Game Studio a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and LM Game Studio's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of Products in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or nonautomated “scraping”; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access Products in a manner that sends more request messages to the LM Game Studio servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser; (iii) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running Products; (iv) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (v) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through Products; (vi) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from Products; (vii) using Products for any commercial solicitation purposes; (viii) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (ix) interfering with the proper working of Products; (x) accessing any content or data not intended for you, or logging onto a server or account that you are not authorized to access; (xi) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Products, or any associated system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures; (xii) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting; or (xiii) attempting to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce or attempt to reduce to a humanperceivable form any of the source code used by LM Game Studio in providing Products

Disclaimer Of Warranty
LM Game Studio provides Products on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LM Game Studio does not warrant that Products will meet your requirements or that the use of Products will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or errorfree

Purchases And Refunds
By acquiring Our Products through downloading or purchasing, you acknowledge and accept all terms laid out by the service providers for the platforms or hardware that Our Products are available on, including but not limited to terms regarding transactions, purchases, and refunds. Refunds for Our Products may be possible, depending on the specific terms and conditions set by each of the service providers. However, we cannot provide refunds for any type of product, service, feature, or additional content obtained through in-app purchases within Our Products.

Product Lifecycle & Updates
LM Games Studio reserves the right to make changes, updates, enhancements, and maintenance to any of its Products without prior notice. This may result in the temporary or permanent addition, alteration, or removal of features or services within the Products. Commuter Games is not required to provide any specific features to users and has the authority to temporarily or permanently discontinue support for any of its Products at any given time

Limitation Of Liability
You understand and agree that LM Game Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use Products, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on Products, or any other matter related to Products.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LM Game Studio, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

General Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LM Game Studio regarding the use of the Services. These Terms supersede all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of LM Game Studio to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any contract you have with LM Game Studio, the terms of that contract will control. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the INDIA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
