platform on which Products is published and the necessary features of the game.
The information collected through these analytics tools is used to enhance the gameplay experience of
Products and improve the game's functionality. This data is collected anonymously and includes
information about how the game is being used, User demographics, and services that Users may
experience within the game. It is impossible for LM Games Studio to obtain a User's real identity through
any data collected using these analytics tools.
All our games, including Products, are developed using the Unity Engine, which includes Unity
Technologies' analytics tools.
Security:
LM Games Studio does not store any user data in its own servers or machines. All data collected from Products is processed and stored by the relevant service providers, such as Google, Apple, Meta and Microsoft, in accordance with their own policies and systems. We make use of standard networking systems to ensure secure data transmission between our product and these service providers, but it's important to note that no system can guarantee absolute security in all situations.
In App Purchases:
LM Game Studio is only informed if a purchase has been successfully completed. All payment processing is carried out by the in-app purchase providers according to their own payment, privacy and refund policies. Within some of LM Game Studio's Products, users may have the option to purchase exclusive items or functionalities using real currency through in-app purchase systems provided by Google, Apple, Meta or depending on the platform where the Product is published. LM Game Studio does not have access to any sensitive user data related to in-app purchases, such as billing, identity or payment information.
Children’s Privacy:
LM Game Studio ensures that none of its products, including Products, is intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect analytics data from any user under the age of 13.
